We haven’t seen this kind of change in our lifetime. The pandemic had a huge impact on the environment and ways of working, and now, post pandemic we are experiencing worse challenges. Macro environment is not helping many industries to move forward, with its headwinds.

In spite of all the headwinds, the future is about people and technology. With the changing environment and technology disruption, almost every public or private enterprise will need to transform to a new version. At the same time, millennials and Z generation are demanding a more concrete purpose of their work-life and to be led differently compared to their parents.

As leaders, how do we face the future? The only choice is to change ourselves and be stronger. The Leading in Turbulent Times (LT2) is designed to help you navigate these times and lead with selfawareness.

This programme, being a part of the Leadership Master Class Series® explores the importance of leadership through self-awareness. Although many enterprises would like to transform into a new version, it begins with ‘self-transformation’ of leaders resulting in ‘team transformation’ which ultimately leads to ‘business transformation’. Leading in Turbulent Times Master Class addresses self-awareness as the point-of-focus for personal transformation. It provides a range of tools and practical insights to work on personal transformation for today’s leaders. This programme facilitates deep meaningful conversations among participants to create a transformative experience.

Week 1
Developing Learning Agility
You will appreciate the change in leadership required for evolving environment. Understand and discuss the concept and application of learning agility for today’s leaders.
Week 2
Value Based Leadership
You will understand the importance of values for today’s leaders and work with your values to build your leadership skills.
Week 3
Authentic Leadership
This session will further develop you to appreciate authentic leadership and how to be vulnerable as a leader. You will understand how to work with teams for higher productivity.
Week 4
Leading with Agility
This session brings all the concepts together and provide practical behavioural tools for personal transformation. You will experience the value of a personal transformation plan at the end of this session.

Program Design

This programme is designed for you to take a transformative journey as a leader to experience personal transformation. It is designed with gaps in between for you to reflect and experiment new behaviours leading to a true transformation.

Leading in Turbulent Times is facilitated by Mr. Dusty Alahakoon, a transformation specialist with over 30 years of corporate experience in leadership roles. He has taught and mentored many leaders over 22 years as a facilitator. (put a link to the profile)

This programme can be conducted physically or virtually, as a customised programme for corporates or as an open enrolment programme. The ideal cohort is 10-16 participants where deep conversations are encouraged for a transformative experience. Each session approximately takes 2 – 3 hours and if necessary 2 sessions can be combined.

Customised programmes for corporates can be co-designed in terms of session plan, duration, and time in between sessions as per requirements.
