Leading Organisational Change and Transition

What is happening?

The future is about people and technology. With the changing environment and technology disruption, almost every public or private enterprise will need to transform to a new version. At the same time, millennials and generation Z are demanding a more concrete purpose of their work-life and to be led differently compared to their parents. Organisational culture needs to change to cater to the new generation of employees. This requires current leaders to up-skill and re-skill themselves as transformational leaders, become better at mentoring and coaching, embrace inclusion and diversity, and become effective change agents. Today’s leaders, need to develop a hands-on approach to people and organisational development rather than simply leaving it to HR. In short, tomorrow’s executives need to leverage the knowledge on human psychology to better lead their organisations.

Leading Organisational Change and Transition

This programme, being a part of the Business Psychology Master Class Series® explores leading change and transition in depth from an organisational perspective. Today, almost every organisation is on a transformation journey supported by multiple projects.
