This 10-session master class is designed for you to succeed in operations management.
A group of multinational facilitators with years of industry experience will take you through each module, with discussions, using real world examples and combining useful frameworks. In a small group setting, you have the opportunity to interact with faculty and peers to explore real world issues and solutions.
Each session will be two to three hours and conducted weekly or tailored to suit the clients’ needs.
