Digital transformation has been a buzz word for over two decades. As the world moves exponentially from bricks to clicks, more and more businesses are converting to digital as the next obvious step, hoping to beat competition and avoid becoming obsolete. But even after implementing digital technologies, many businesses fail to make a true digital transformation and struggle to upgrade. Why? Because many misunderstand what digital transformation is truly about – and it’s not about the latest and greatest technologies. It’s about people and strategy.
As leaders, what do you want to gain for your company and how will digital transformation get you there? Most importantly, how do you convince your company to take the journey with you? Fears of jobs being replaced by robots, fear of unfamiliar systems for both your workforce and customers, and even pinpointing exactly how a customer’s experience will improve with digital– essentially, these are all people-related challenges that leaders will need to face head on.
This is where leaders need to re-think their approach to digital transformation. The strategies used to gain this ‘buying-in’ from employees are just as important as technologies you want to implement to achieve your company’s vision.
By building on integrating the three elements of digital transformation – understanding of the business, developing strategy & leadership skills, and digital possibilities, the Digital Transformation Leadership Programme provides a comprehensive suite of tools to understand and lead your team through a digital transformation. DTLP gives you the perspective to re-evaluate how your organization is structured and how to align the whole company – and not just the IT department – towards your digital vision, and drive innovation in your industry.
As technology advances at the speed of thought, leaders need to transform themselves before leading digital transformation in an enterprise, and pro-actively respond to digital disruptions. This involves a mindset change – staying nimble and fostering organizational agility. DTLP provides the opportunity for you to ‘think’ about the industry landscape and your strategy, ‘apply’ various digital possibilities and ‘succeed’ with effective implementation of digital programmes.
Acquire a concrete view of digital transformation from the perspectives of integrating the three components; deep understanding of the business, strategy & leadership, and digital possibilities.
Develop skills and competencies to work on a digital transformation programme for an enterprise and participate actively in implementation, including change management.
Improve personal skills and relevance and improve employability in a fast-changing digital world.

This 12 session DTL Programme is designed under three pillars; Think, Apply and Succeed. This helps leaders to organise their thinking, before jumping into technology solutions. In fact, you will understand through this programme that digital transformation is NOT about technology, as often misunderstood by many.
A group of multinational facilitators with years of industry experience will take you through each module, with discussions, using real world examples and combining useful frameworks. In a small group setting, you have the opportunity to interact with faculty and peers to explore real world issues and solutions.
Each session will be two to three hours and conducted weekly or tailored to suit the clients’ needs. This frequent, short session method maximises the learning and internalising potential, needed for skill development. Sessions may be organised virtually or physically and designed to suit working professionals. You could join from anywhere in the world for our open enrolment – virtual programmes and benefit from a power network of peers who are multinational, experienced, and eager to learn from each other.
